During the chirstmas and new years celebrations I managed to find time to make another kimono, the fabric is made by a company called Benartex and the design is called 'London Cats'. Quite appropriate considering I'm a London girl :)
Anyway I managed to finish this in about 12 hours (that reminds me, I really must get a overlocker) and now I'm stumped, I don't know what to match it with. My sister was no help, she said the fabric look like pyjama's. Now everytime I look at the kimono it just looks like pyjamas to me! So I have decided to add some sort of design (in silver) to the kimono, don't know what or where I'm going to put the design but I've made up my mind. I don't really want to paint flowers or butterflys on the kimono, might do a feather motif but I'm not sure yet.
